Daniel Wray wears a number of hats – among them, teacher, author and dramatist. He is an educational specialist for students with significant support needs for the Douglas County School District. He also teaches courses in special education through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Previously, he taught creative writing, composition and journalism at Colorado Springs Christian Schools.
In addition to his two books, Daniel has written several published plays and short stories and recently co-authored a software program, Choose and Take Action, for students with disabilities.
He served as the Youth Commission Chair for the Rocky Mountain Mennonite Conference for a number of years. In his local church, Beth-El Mennonite, he has been a youth group leader and the drama coordinator. He also coaches soccer.
Dan, his wife and their four children live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
