Deborah Karczewski spends her time as a writer, acting coach, mother and veteran high school teacher. She graduated Brown University in 1977 with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Dramatic Literature and from Rutgers University in 1980 with an MFA in Acting. She combines her knowledge of teens and theatre by writing pieces geared especially to young people.
