The feel and beauty of the original work remains - only difficult passages of Elizabethan usage have been edited. The classic soliloquies remain as in the original. Now, with only a single reading, students can achieve basic understanding of the play, allowing time during a study unit to discuss Hamlet’s character, conflicts, relationships and other important elements. The play, as written, may be used for stage production or as a classroom resource.
